Okay, so here’s the deal. Infold Games is about to drop another update for Infinity Nikki. It’s this weird mix of adventure and dress-up, and hey, it works somehow. It’s the second update this month. Can you believe it? We had the Blue Tears Season in early July. Now, we’re bracing for Danqing Season.
They’re rolling out this big patch, version 1.8, on July 30. Mark your calendars, or don’t. It’s your life.
So yeah, this patch starts a new season. Nothing shocking there, right? It’s how they keep things fresh, or at least try to. But, the main event’s a limited-time deal — July 30 to September 2, if you’re the kind who likes to plan or whatever.
Danqing Season’s got this whole traditional Chinese vibe going on. There’s Danqing Island, which sounds all mysterious and secluded. Perfect setting for Nikki and Momo’s latest escapades. You get this dreamy, parallel world thing where they try to figure out why villagers are vanishing. Spooky or cliche? No idea, but we’re stuck with it.
And then there’s the boss. Yeah, every season’s got one. Inkshade: Painting Loong. You gotta face this dude — dragon? Not sure. Anyway, new battles are coming, and some mini-games too. One of them’s traditional Weiqi (that’s Go, for us non-experts).
Costume-wise, there’s stuff inspired by the new season’s theme. Three new outfits: Clouded Loong, Forever Bond, and Danqing Craft. Stars and abilities, yadda yadda. They have a whole event calendar up on Steam, so maybe check that out if you’re into planning your gaming life down to the minute.
Honestly, if you’re diving back in for this update, do yourself a favor and look up the latest codes. Got a guide for those, which is neat.
And that’s all, folks. Who knew dress-up games could be so intense?
