Euchronia might sound like it’s straight out of a fairy tale book, but don’t be fooled. Here’s where the plot thickens: an arrogant villain named Louis takes out the King, leaving the throne up for grabs. Suddenly, everyone’s scrambling for power. You’re stepping into the shoes of an Elda orphan, from a tribe that deals with a heap of prejudice.
Sure, there’s a lot of politics and social stuff going on, but there’s also all these wild moments and heart-to-hearts. Plus, monster battles! Get used to the “Archetype” system – Persona fans will feel right at home – giving you tricks to topple foes.
Honestly, it’s one of the best PC games I’ve ever sunk my time into. I was glued to it for two weeks, clocking over 100 hours. And seriously, I’m not even exaggerating. Aaron Down over here called it “a must-play for anyone even remotely into JRPGs” in his review. Couldn’t agree more.
