Sure thing, here’s my take on it:

Alright, so let’s talk about pinball for a sec. Or not—didn’t see that coming, did you? Anyway, Tomb Raider Pinball is a thing now. No idea why but it just kinda popped up, like a weird dream you can’t shake. It’s from Zen Studios, and if you’re a fan of Lara Croft (who isn’t?), it’s sorta like getting lost in nostalgia and then finding a surprise pinball in there. We’re talking two tables—that’s right, a pair—based on the classic game series we all sort of remember from that old PlayStation thingy. 1996 feels like ancient history, but here we are in 2025—crazy, right?
So, the first table is Adventures of Lara Croft. Well, imagine pinging around the globe without leaving your couch. Artifacts galore, with skill shots bouncing you through all these wild sections. You kinda get Lara, like, in 3D (in her glory right on top, if that makes sense). Picture this: a waterfall just chillin’ there, Egyptian statues—because why not—plus a sprinkle of Italy and a dash of jungle. It’s like someone threw a dart at a map and said, “Let’s have all of this on a pinball table.”
And then—hang on, what was I saying? Oh yeah, so, you take on missions with our badass heroine, Lara. You’ll be tasked with everything from nabbing the Atlantean Scion to piecing together Excalibur (still epic, by the way). It’s like you’re dodging enemies, but instead of guns, it’s all bouncing silver balls. Makes sense, right?
Now, let’s wander over to Croft Manor. Spoiler alert: it’s packed with hidden snacks—er, secrets. Anyone who played the original games gets a little giddy hearing “Croft Manor,” right? Some of it’s like a training ground with a maze that might trap you if you’re not careful. Somewhere deep inside, there’s a shelf of artifacts, like the one my grandma has of random spoons, but, you know, cooler.
Oh, and trophies. Because who doesn’t love bragging rights? There’s some missions tied to trophies, as tomb raiding wouldn’t be complete without a little treasure. Survive long enough and maybe you’ll get that shiny digital achievement.
Weirdly enough—damn, almost forgot to mention—the whole pack is cross-buy for PS4 and PS5. All in all, an odd little gem for $9.99. Sometimes these blasts from the past with a twist take you for a spin, and whether that’s a good thing, honestly, who the heck knows? But, hey, it’s got Lara Croft in it. That’s gotta count for something.
Disclaimer: Played it on a PS5, thanks to Zen Studios throwing me a copy.
